Top 15 Peculiar Sayings I learned from my Parents

Here is a list of sayings I learned from my parents and grandparents that I find myself repeating as I get older. Yes, it's scary.

Some of these make sense, but many of them are just old senseless idioms and expressions that I spontaneously quote because they are familiar to me (not necessarily anyone else).

  6. Finer than frogs hair (or, as my Mother used to say "finer than frogs hair split 4-ways")

  12. Pin money.
  13. Straight from the horses mouth.
  14. Feeling under the weather.
